WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
We currently have a return policy of 7 Days from the Date of Delivery. If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive, you can request for a replacement as long as it meets our conditions*. Prior to shipping the return to Hania Chima you will need to contact our customer service center by emailing us at [————] or calling us at [——-]. If approved, your item replacement/exchange will be shipped. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Please allow two weeks for the processing.
*Items which have any stains, emit body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damage or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. Product tags should be intact.
DID YOU RECEIVE ANY FAULTY OR WRONG PRODUCTS?,
We want all our customers to receive top quality goods. If you think there is a fault with an item or it does not conform to the product you have ordered, you can return it back to us. Email us your query along with the picture of the defect as proof. If any product is unsatisfactory due to defective workmanship or materials, we will replace or refund you the purchase price.
